Abstract: This report summarizes the health services scientific and policy literature on telehealth. Based upon a comprehensive literature search and a critical review and appraisal of that literature, the report provides an overview of the strengths and weaknesses in the telehealth research base, identifies gaps in the existing knowledge, and reviews policy implications.
Description: This report was funded by the Alberta Heritage for Medical Research State of the Science Review Program. This final report is comprised of 2 volumes.
