| dc.description.abstract | The article describes the pitch on the CBC television show, "Dragons' Den" and the ensuing lawsuit. An overview of the case of lawyer Marc Ribeiro v. Dragon' Den in which Ribeiro argued that CBC breached an implied duty of good faith by editing the clip in the television show is offered. The Ontario Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal of Ribeiro because of the lack of material facts in dispute. | en_US |
