Notes on the structure of data that is included in the .mat file
This file can be opened in matlab and the open source software Octave

This file contains all the data from all the simulation runs 1-10

MV stands for measurement volume and indicates how the model was separated into 
compartments.  MV_o  stands for Measurement Volume Outer and the 5 compartments of the
model that move down from Z-Disk to M-line.  MV-m stands for Measurement volume middle
and MV-c stands for measurement volume centre.  These locations are described in more 
detail in the paper.  The first column is always the time variable in all conditions.

condSeed counts the free number of Calcium Ions that can be found in the respective MV
(Measurement Volumes)

condTnCaSeed counts the number of Tn binding sites that are bound with one Calcium ion 
within in the respective MV

condTn2CaSeed counts the number of Tn binding sites that are bound with two Calcium ions
within the respective MV
