Abstract
There is no question that Canada is a beautiful country. There are many great things that one could list as being amazing attributes. That said however, Canada also has a very dark history that many Canadians do not realize exists, and this is how the Canadian Government has treated First Nations Peoples over the last 150 years. As a Non First Nations artist, my intention is to metaphorically pull back the curtains and shine light on this dark secret.
