Abstract
eHealth Home Care Applications: "VIHrtual Hospital" is a new telemedicine service that covers the whole home care process of the HIV/AIDS patient: visits (videoconference or chat), clinical and psycho-social follow-up, telepharmacy, quality of life, based on a low cost and secure Internet architecture.
