AbstracteHealth Home Care Applications: The Call Center could be a bridge between family Doctor and Patient or between this last and the healthcare structure of which he can have need. The Call Center is a new protagonist , according to a technical point of view it could be defined as a tool or an operating system to connect principal subjects: Patients, Doctors, Hospitals and outpatient services.
