Abstract
Before and during the 42-kilometre journey from Okotoks to downtown Calgary, his ears are keenly tuned to radio traffic reports in case he needs to make a last minute road switch to avoid a snarl. By the time he arrives at his desk some days, his stress levels are already in the red.
