Description
Presentation to the Alberta Association of College Libraries on April 16, 2009. The presentation started with an overview of user and library rights under the Copyright Act. Discussed the 2004 CCH Supreme Court Judgment. The presentation finished with the Supreme Court's six factors on fair dealing and how they can be used in justifying e-reserves.
