Abstract
The article discusses the case of Leilani Muir where she underwent sexual sterilization due to the allege mental condition in Alberta. It cites that Alberta and British Columbia enforce state-imposed sexual sterilization to mentally disabled persons to avoid mentally offsprings. However, it explains that Muir receives compensation after she filed a case against the people involved and her mother and other sterilization victims.
