Abstract
The article presents information on the three principal post-employment obligations of workers which include confidentiality agreements, non-competition agreements and non-solicitation agreements. It informs that under the confidentiality agreement an employer can sue ex-employees to prevent them from sharing the information about the organization. It further informs that employees sign a non-competition agreement which prevents them from directly competing with the former employer.
