Abstract

In its efforts to improve the experiences of LAA clients, in 2004 LAA contracted Prairie Research Associates Inc. (PRA) to conduct quarterly satisfaction interviews with clients who consented to participate in the research and who had received services from LAA in the previous three months. The questionnaire used for the interviews collected information on a broad range of topics including: (1) case type; (2) client demographics; (3) background information; (4) service plans; and (5) client satisfaction
