Abstract
Dr. Fisher, founder of Life Enhancement Training (L. E. T.) describes in an introductory talk the primary lessons he wants all learners of LET to learn. He describes what Big Life is, and why changing perspectives is crucial to our restoration and health, growth and healing... and what "balance" means as the theme of this session. Process thinking is critical to success in this program and these are the first indications of how to start to shift our attention. Later videos on LET will go into detail of the technologies of caring and processes of healing. The larger goal is to help society shift from a coping culture to a healing culture. For the Introductory video on L. E. T. and an overview of the entire program design (first-aid, second-aid, third-aid) go to: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iYX1x... NOTE: There are a few other people on the Internet using L. E. T. as well for their programs and that's just fine with me, the uniqueness of my version is all that is important; and so I do not endorse other L. E. T. labeled programs, nor do they endorse mine. NOTE: My use of "Big Life" and "small life" although a useful metaphor perhaps, ought not be mistaken with the obsessive growth-mania of W. modern civilization that just because something is big or bigger it is better! No, I do not follow that mandate. I could just as easily have used, and will use at times in the training, "Expanded Life" instead of "Big LIfe" .
