Modern communication systems will be adopting a 5th Generation (5G) standard for meeting the demands of the users efficiently. Analog mixers are a vital component of any transmitter and perform the necessary task of up-converting a signal. However, there are certain limitations associated with mixers including energy inefficiency. To eliminate these effects, three-way mixerless transmitter (TWMT) architecture has been proposed in the literature. Existing behavioral model for such an architecture make use of the digital splitters and combiners. In this thesis, we propose a Triadic Complex Memory Polynomial based model for the forward and inverse modeling of TWMT using analog combiners and splitters leading to a realistic scenario. Extensive simulations and measurements have been used to validate their performance.
