More specifically, this report has two major objectives as follows: 1. To present a process analysis, which documents the implementation of the program, including program inputs, activities, and outputs. 2. To present an outcome analysis of the program to determine effectiveness based on the following: • short-term outcome data from a set of standardized instruments (child 0 to 3 years old); • long-term outcome data from a set of standardized instruments (child 3 to 6 years old); • a survey of Best Start clients experiences and views of the home visitation program; • involvement with Child Welfare services; and • utilization of health care services.enreport10.11575/PRISM/32431
