Methods: A qualitative document analysis was conducted of publicly available news stories covering cases of academic misconduct across Canadian higher education. Results: Academic misconduct was reported by local and major news outlets about cases involving students, faculty, and administrators. Implications: Taken together, these stories may point to academic integrity as a larger issue across Canadian higher education that merits deeper investigation.
