Using these results in conjunction with information gathered from an in-depth literature review, the researcher made recommendations to the agency partner in this study, the Calgary Counselling Centre (CCC), about the kinds of online counselling services to provide, as well as the professional resources and development required to competently offer online counselling. With the CCC looking to expand their services to include online counselling, the final report will be used to decide which services they will implement and how to ensure that their staff has the competencies required to deliver them.xviii, 254 leaves : ill. ; 30 cm.engUniversity of Calgary graduate students retain copyright ownership and moral rights for their thesis.
