Dept. of Health.At the request of the Nova Scotia Department of Health (NS Health), Baseline Market Research Ltd. (Baseline) completed a Prevalence Study on Problem Gambling in Nova Scotia (1996 Study) with a total of 801 randomly selected residents of Nova Scotia. Dr. Henry Lesieur of the Department of Criminal Justice Systems, Illinois State University, served as a special consultant to the research team from Baseline.
