    This study had several main objectives related to behaviour management, awareness/information, and process of the VSE. In terms of behaviour management, the study sought to identify factors associated with program compliance and non-compliance, and to determine what role the VSE played in managing gambling participation from the perspective of program participants. With respect to awareness/information, the study measured how participants became aware of the VSE, their understanding of what services were offered, and their comprehension of what the program offered them. In terms of process, the study explored the nature of the enrolment process in the VSE and their frequency of use of this process.
