dc.description.abstractThis report presents the findings of a statewide survey of gambling participation and gambling-related problems among older adults in Florida. Building on the work of the Florida Council on Compulsive Gambling’s (FCCG) “National Think Tank on Older Adults and Gambling,” the main goals of this study were to improve methods to identify gambling problems among seniors, assess the prevalence of problem gambling among seniors in Florida, and assist the Florida Council on Compulsive Gambling in targeting services for senior problem gamblers in Florida.eng
