Abstract
The article focuses on Canada's expansion of government policy into social and economic assistance and income supports such as the Canada Pension Plan, student loans, and manpower training. It says that the category of government policy was called workforce and social development and security. It mentions that the occupational health and safety (OHS) regulation sets out statistics on workplace deaths and injuries.
