Abstract
The article focuses on the legal issues of labour unions in an organization with reference to their solidarity. Their power belongs to the collective action taken against the employer. A unity is needed in labour unions to be effective. But some people known as scabs cross that line and join the employers' side. Financial penalty can be imposed on them. When a union is joined by a person, a contractual relationship is established between the worker and the trade union.Refereed
