The Committee, in the course of its work, received a number of submissions, both oral and written dealing with the issues of video gambling and gaming policies in Nova Scotia. The investigation by the committee was intended to provide an opportunity for members of the public to speak to the Committee in a public forum and to provide advice to the Committee on what Nova Scotia should do in relation to these matters. The following is an interim report of the Committee and is not intended to be exhaustive or final in any issue. The following sets forth the substance of some of the submissions made to the Committee with respect to the issues of video gambling and gaming policies in Nova Scotia.en
