dc.description.abstract | Agate is a novel operating system which unifies disparate areas such as compiler construction, operating systems, data compression, formal languages, inter-process communication, and program representation. It does this through a somewhat unusual means: context-free grammar rules. We describe the ideas underlying AGATE and our current prototype implementation. | eng |
