Abstract
The article discusses a court case stemming from the defamatory press conference and testimony from the Church of Scientology against prosecutor Casey Hill. It notes that Scientology lawyer Morris Manning addressed the media in his barrister's robes to denounce Hill and to announce a new criminal contempt litigation. However, the Supreme Court of Canada dismissed the case against Hill and ruled that all allegations were unfounded.
