This paper outlines two ideas central to my artistic intention. First, the idea of machine potentiality; the qualities of machines that can be adapted into alternative, but functioning forms, outside of their original design. Second, the necessity of a transparent process in my art practice, that not only informs generative aspects of desired aesthetic outputs, but can also become an integral part of the art itself.
