dc.description.abstractThe article discusses the case of Leilani Muir where she underwent sexual sterilization due to the allege mental condition in Alberta. It cites that Alberta and British Columbia enforce state-imposed sexual sterilization to mentally disabled persons to avoid mentally offsprings. However, it explains that Muir receives compensation after she filed a case against the people involved and her mother and other sterilization victims.en_US
