dc.description.abstractThe primary objectives of this study, as outlined in the Request for Proposals, are to: Conduct a thorough review of the literature concerning addiction to gambling of all types and the psychological phenomena of compulsive gambling; Complete a random sample of individuals throughout the State by age, sex, income and occupation who have been regular participants in the Indiana Lottery to date; and Make recommendations on what actions the State should pursue to offer treatment to individuals who are addicted to gambling.eng
