dc.description.abstractIn this paper, we present a survey of existing augmented reality implementations to determine a software and hardware approach in implementing an augmented reality API. The API seeks to combine augmented reality on a mobile device with a 3D model of the human body on a digital table. We address the advantages and shortcomings of existing augmented reality APIs and examine their compatibility with current mobile devices.eng
